[oslc-cm] Updates to CM 2.0 specification to support some clarifications

I wanted to draw your attention to some changes that have been made that 
do not change what is to be supported but intended to clarify it:

-- Range value for some properties [1]
To clarify the intended usage of some of the properties and not 
over-restrict the usage, some additional text changes have been made [2]

-- Removal of ResourceShape sub-section
Since ResourceShapes only surface themselves within other context, I moved 
the text into those sections: Query Capability and Creation Factories [3]

-- Additional clarifications on what to expect with query results when 
query shapes are not present
