[oslc-cm] OSLC delegated task editor scenario

Hi Robert,

Regarding the action from today's call to elaborate on the scenario for 
Delegated Change Request Web UI editors...

If you look at 
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/CmScenarioDelegatedResourceEditors 
I created a stub of a page to contribute content to.  If you look at the 
parent page, then references it has you can see other samples to this.

CC'ing working group in case others want to weigh in.
