[oslc-cm] Attachments in CM 2.0?

Hi all,

I was looking through the various docs in the wiki, and I'm wondering about
something I saw here (which was quite recently updated):
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/CmTechnicalPrioritiesV2

Attachments is listed as in-progress, and I was wondering whether that
implies some intent to still try to get it into the 2.0 spec?  Or is the
spec at the point where only existing issues are being resolved?
