[oslc-cm] Collecting OSLC-CM 2.0 Patent Non-Assert Covenants

Since we are preparing to enter convergence phase for OSLC-CM 2.0 
specification, I'd like to start collecting these from various 
contributing organizations.

For 2.0, please update the wiki page, by copying in the Exhibit A template 
and update the Contributor to be your organization - see 
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/CmSpecificationCovenantV2

Organizations that I'm looking to collect from are:
- Accenture
- BSD Group
- IBM (done)
- Institut TELECOM
- Oracle
- Rally
- SourceGear
- Tasktop
