[oslc-cm] State predicates

I'm looking for clarification on how to use state predicates. I've only 
seen an example of them in an email, where it said they could be used in a 
query like "oslc_cm:inprogress=true". Is this correct?

Also, the spec say they should be exposed as read-only properties of 
ChangeRequests. I assume they are boolean properties, right? Should they 
be included in the default properties of a ChangeRequest (i.e., no 
oslc.properties param).
