[oslc-cm] Clarification of title, abstract

Regarding recent updates to what dcterms:title and abstract should 
display... Previously I understood them to be something like:

identifier:     123
title:          My quick summary
abstract:       <not implemented>

Now they seem to be:

identifier:     123
title:          123
abstract:       My quick summary

Is it now inappropriate to return a unique ID for the title? Should all 
these show something different?
