[oslc-cm] Changes to V2 ChangeRequest resource properties -- IMPACT TO IMPLEMENTERS

I have made the following changes to the oslc_cm:ChangeRequest [1] 
resource definition that may affect ongoing implementations:
1. Removed "dcterms:name" usage
2. Clarified usage of "dcterms:title"  (a short name or title, not a 
summary: see below)
3. Added "dcterms:abstract" as it better aligns as intended previous usage 
of title.
4. Renamed "oslc_cm:changeSet" to "oslc_cm:tracksChangeSet"
5. Removed "oslc_cm:tracksTestSuite"

Please let me know if there are any issues with these changes.
