Hi Olivier and happy new year to you too!

This will be a teleconference, you should have received an invite.

We'll definitely capture relevant pieces in written format.  As we look 
for owners of various aspects of the spec, we can tailor those working 
sessions for times that are better for each.

I've struggled to find a good time that works for everyone, so apologies 
if it doesn't work for you.
