[oslc-cm] What's the point of foaf:Person in http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/CmSpecificationV2Shapes ?

The point being that if a client understands resource shapes, then it 
would be ideal if it could "follow its nose" to get all the shapes for the 
resource shapes referenced.
Perhaps should be in Core as well.

Yes, I have an unfinished action to relocate these.
