[OSLC-CM] Quick status update in Évry (France)

Hi.

I won't be able to participate to the meeting (timezone makes it hard to
cope with personal life here in FR today ;-), so here's a quick update
on our side.

We've been working on the following subjects WRT OSLC-CM at Institut
TELECOM :
- starting a (design of) a prototype of a "demo OSLC-CM server" :
nothing concrete yet : evaluating REST frameworks for PHP (mainly
focused on zend ATM). Such a server might help people to understand the
protocol and test clients (automated testing of clients). Will be open
source.
- planing to develop a Mantis "plugin" in order to provide a (partial
maybe) implementation of OSLC-CM V1 API for Mantis (reusing same code as
the interface of the "demo OSLC-CM server"
- thinking about a potential similar plugin for trackers of
fusionforge-like forges
- spreading awareness of OSLC to partners in Helios and Coclico projects
we participate in
- drafting a OWL ontology for OSLC-CM V1

Expect some concrete bits of code in public SVN under OpenSource
licenses in forecoming weeks.
