[OSLC-CM] Request for evolution filed for Mantis for support of OSLC-CM V1

You may know this already, but there's already a Mylyn connector for Mantis that's available.  See http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn_Extensions for an up-to-date listing.

If Mantis implemented the OSLC spec it would mean that the integration could be ported to use our upcoming Mylyn OSLC connector.

For now it should be straightforward to programmatically access Mantis via Java using Mylyn's Tasks API.
