[Oslc-Automation] Thanks to John Arwe

On behalf of the OSLC Automation WG I'd like to extend thanks to John Arwe 
for his extensive work in this group, especially in this last year since 
my involvement started, as he now moves away from this area to move on to 
a new role. The recent work of this group would have been much worse off 
if it were not for your involvement John.
