[Oslc-Automation] This week's meeting - please read now

I believe Juergen and Tim are unavailable for the meeting today. As 
discussion of the proposed Available spec draft is the only topic to 
cover, I suggest that instead of having a meeting, we spend the time 
reading the draft instead.

Please could each active member of the WG please let me know:
1. If you are available at the regular call time today (in case we do want 
to have a call to discuss it)
2. If you have already read (or at least scanned through) the Availability 
draft. (Except Juergen & Tim, of course)
3. If the answer to #2 is "yes", then whether you have any discussion 
points to raise about it (please send them to the list).

(For those not present at the prior meeting, we agreed that the draft 
shoudl be shared as a file upload, rather than a wiki page, for expediency 
in sharing it rather than delaying by spending time converting it from the 
format it is already in. If we need collaborative editing [which depends 
on how much modification is required, but may well be needed] then we can 
convert it at that time.)
