[Oslc-Automation] OSLC Actions: Dialog for later execution interaction pattern - moved to Automation

I have moved the "Delegated UI dialog for later execution"automation
pattern, along with the other patterns' "secondary binding" sections, to
the Automation wiki [1].
(It inadvertently got renamed along the way to "Template Dialog
interaction pattern", as I wrote the links to it before copying the
content across... I consider its name to be an editorial decision, so I'm
not too bothered about that right now.)
I want to clean it up a bit more to move some of the "secondary bindings"
but into the definition of the template dialog itself (following on from
the discussions in the meeting this week) - and someone suggested a
different name for them, but I've forgotten what that was. So there's
still more work to do, but if you're interested then enough has moved to
be worthy of review.
I also documented the Creation Factory interaction pattern [2] in the Auto
spec, and linked to it from the Core Actions spec.
