[Oslc-Automation] This week's meetnig - unlikely to happen

All,

It looks like this week's OSLC Automation meeting is unlikely to happen, 
due to a lack of quorum to talk about any of the issues that are currently 
on the agenda.

I will email out again if we find out that there will be enough people 
there, but otherwise assume this week is cancelled until next week unless 
you hear otherwise
