[Oslc-Automation] first cut at split of auto request from fixed body is live

Diagrams all match the text now (i.e. all updates I intended are made, and
the corresponding red text has been removed) throughout both specs.
Shapes are still outstanding; since they are non-normative and the WG has
not yet seen some of the vocabulary selections, I'm holding off on those
until after the W3C meeting next week. Ditto the vocabulary document
updates.

I drafted the changes in both specs that Martin referred to today; look
for the usual "Arwe:" and red font.
I also inserted to-do's for the shapes and diagrams where I know they have
problems. I think the examples are all current now, including the
preceding.
I tried to edit the diagrams and ran into a tool snag that Martin might be
able to solve but I cannot without $$paying up$$.
