[Oslc-Automation] Automation WG looking for feedback from CM WG on "Action proposals"

I'm currently on the Automation WG call, where they discussed their 
"Exposing arbitrary actions on RDF resources" [1] proposal and wanted 
feedback whether this draft would possibly meet the needs of CM, based on 
CM's work on actions for state transitions [2].  I said that I/we would do 
this review in next week or two.
