[Oslc-Automation] Teardown scenarios solutions

I have attempted to summarise all the suggestions for addressing the 
teardown scenarios made so far on the wiki page:

The solutions included are:
* Automation Result state
* State property on Automation Result contribution
* Separate state vocabulary
* “Teardown plan” property on Automation Result
* Exposing arbitrary actions on RDF resources 

Anyone who has made any of these suggestions (or has thoughts on them) if 
you could check my summaries and add your input (either on the mailing 
list, or add to the wiki & let the mailing list know).
