[Oslc-Automation] Eliminating teardown scenario solutions - Re: June 27 Minutes available

With the temporary deployment/teardown scenarios, I don't think we can 
settle on one yet, but I think we can eliminate some. The first one (using 
the existing AutoResult state property) [1] on the list [2] I consider 
eliminated, as it is replaced by the other options for using a state 
model: on AutoResult contributions [3] or as a separate state 
vocab/property which may be on AutoResult [4].

The list [2] includes a summary of pros and cons for each suggestion. If 
everyone interested could have a look at these summaries (and the details 
if you have time) and make suggestions as to any others that you think we 
can eliminate.

(Note that I do not count the "teardown plan proeprty on AutoResult" 
solution [5] as being eliminated by the more general actions on any 
resource solution [6], as I think the first one has a simplicity which is 
a benefit that the second does not have.)
