[Oslc-Automation] Location of links primer on wiki

On the OSLC automation wiki home page [1] we have a section for each of
the versions of the spec then a separate "supporting documents" section.
The primer is in the "supporting documents" section.

Can I propose that we move the primer into the "v2 " section of the page?
As for some people it might be the appropriate entry point for reading
about the spec, I suggest that it should be in a more prominent location.

When v3 is done, are we intending to keep a version of the primer for v2
available as well as a version for v3? If so, then I think it would
definitely make sense to have them in the appropriate version sections. If
not, we can move it to "v3" when we start updating it to reflect v3 usage.

(As the "scenarios and use cases" documents are not written in a way
suitable to introduce people to the spec, I suggest these stay in the
"supporting documents" section unless we edit them to link to the primer
and/or spec to explain how to implement a consumer or produce for these
scenarios.)
