[Oslc-Automation] OSLC Automation: Minutes + some important notes

1.  Minutes of today's meeting  are here:

2. We discussed some initial thoughts on scenarios for V3 (recorded in the
minutes) .   Soon, I will clean up our scenarios page to reflect what was
addressed in V2 and start a V3 scenarios page.   Start thinking about
scenarios for the next rev of the spec.

3. The next two workgroup meetings will be held on 7 Feb and 21 Feb at 10AM
Eastern US (invites coming soon).   Based on interest and progress, we'll
make a decision on workgroup meeting times and frequency.
