[Oslc-Automation] 2.0 spec to resolve issues #5 and #7

Issue #5 has been marked as resolved. Issue #7 is still open pending 
agreement on John's comment.

Can anyone second John's suggested change to [1]? (I'm not familiar enough 
with the usage of the term "value type" to second it myself).
