[Oslc-Automation] CANCELLED today's automation meeting

Due to various people being unavailable, among other issues, today's OSLC 
automation WG meeting is cancelled.

Next week the plan is to look at Availability again with Juergen.
I will try to arrange some offline discussions about Actions to try and 
get that moving again.
