[Oslc-Automation] Tear down of orchestrated/composed deployments: sequence diagram

I've put on the wiki a sequence diagram demonstrating the scenario I 
posted on the mailing list a while back:

I've also copied the text of the scenario on to the wiki page.

This scenario shows the interaction between the teardown scenario and a 
scenario where a deployment is made up of multiple automation plans, such 
as in an orchestration context.
