[Oslc-Automation] ACTION REQUIRED: New OSLC members agreement and workgroup particpant agreements

We have not talked much about this in the workgroup, but some folks might
be aware through other sources.   OSLC has recently undergone some changes
in its governance model and as part of this, workgroup participants need to
fill out and "sign" the new members agreement [1]  and the Automation
Workgroup Participants Agreement [2].   Any one contributing to the
workgroup (see the WPA for examples) should fill out these agreements after
reviewing the terms with the appropriate people in your organization.

If anyone has questions/concerns on this, please contact me directly or
raise them at the workgroup meeting on Thursday.
