[Oslc-Automation] Potential new requirement

It does go inline with the Test automation where we need the most recently
created Test Result (Automation Result) for a given Test case execution
record / Test suite execution record (Automation Plan).
The most recently created result could be an in-progress or completed one.
Though must mention that we dont pick the most recently 'updated' test
result as updates could have happened out of context of an execution.

Using the mailing list to see if any other implementations have a similar
requirement.  If it is common, perhaps it becomes a vocabulary-add.

One of our potential implementations wants to be able to easily retrieve
only the most recently updated Automation Result for a given Plan.  As they
noted when they crafted their extension, any Plan may have many Results
(in-flight and/or completed).  They are only interested in the most
recently updated one.
