[Oslc-Automation] oslc_auto:state property for AutomationRequest - Should this be read only?

Hi All,
The oslc_auto:state property for AutomationRequest is specified as Read 
Only in specification.
I think this is an over constraint which limits service provider to 
delegate Automation service beyond being as front end service provider
Often Automation will be executed by some worker agent and those worker 
agent would like to update the state of Automation Request to 
update the execution status of Automation being run. This is something how 
Rational Quality Manager accomplishes Test Automation by delegating it to 
the actual automation tool.

Any thought on this?
