[Oslc-Automation] OSLC Automation - finalization progress and other workgroup news

The OSLC Automation V2 specification was approved on 12 December by the
Core workgroup.   The final step will be to get Steering Committee approval
when they meet in January.

In today's meeting, there were two other topics:

   - Automation Primer - work will continue.  Goal is to complete it and
have it reviewed by 31 January, 2013

   - Workgroup future activity.   The workgroup will meet again in late
January to discuss the future of the workgroup.  Some things to think
about:
      - Do we have enough new scenarios to start discussing the next rev of
the specification?
      - Future alignment with OSLC Core V3
      - Re-chartering the workgroup under the new OSLC Governance rules

I'll send a reminder as the time approaches, but this would be an
opportunity for folks more interested in scenario development to re-engage.
