[Oslc-Automation] Recent Automation specification updates for review

Based on discussions in the past three workgroup meetings, some updates
have been made to the Automation specification:

- Automation Provider Sub-domain Identification [1]
- Automation Result oslc_auto:inputParameter description [2]
- Guidance on how providers can advertise parameters added during execution
[3]

The workgroup members attending the meetings agreed on the wording for the
first two updates and the third is a result of a discussion in the 9 August
meeting.   If you were unable to attend, please review the referenced
sections and provide any comments on this list or in the 23 August
workgroup meeting.
