[Oslc-Automation] Thoughts on parameters - AutomationResult, additional description on oslc_auto:initialParameter

Given that read-only is unspecified in some cases, I'd want to call it a 
point-in-time copy (or snapshot) rather than risk implying implementations 
using in-line representations must do extra work to keep distributed 
copies of "the same thing" in synch.
