[Oslc-Automation] Resource info added for RTC Build

I've added info for Rational Team Concert Build to the resource mapping 
spreadsheet at http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/ResourceDefinitions 

I also tried to delineate AutomationServer into AutomationServer, 
AutomationEngine and AutomationAgent, and added some properties for the 
latter.  See the comments for explanations.
