[oslc-AssetMgmt] Asset 2.0 Finalization status

Hey guys.... wanted to net net, what I understood from the work group 
meeting today with regard to finalizing the spec:

1.  The required documentation and collaboration for the spec. approval 
was accomplished. 
2.  We are going to work with Steve on getting a test suite available for 
the v2 spec ... which will give us an extra way to test/review/document 
the current implementation (one is available jazz.net).
