[oslc-AssetMgmt] [oslc-core] Possible OSLC priorities and themes for 2011

FWIW, I heartily agree that #1 & (especially) #2 should be the near-term 
priorities.  As we try to get off the ground with using and exploiting 
OSLC, it's imperative that, to the extent possible, we do it consistently 
and according to best practices.  Good guidance is critical for this.
