[oslc-AssetMgmt] OSLC Asset Management Specification 1.0

Congratulations on completion of the Asset Mgmt 1.0 specification, Per the
instructions from the workgroup, I have changed the edit access for the V1
spec pages to administrator authority only (I left the Covenant page open
while the last of the covenant statements trickle in).

Going forward, V1 spec comments or issues may be captured on the issues
page (
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/AssetMgSpecificationIssueTracking )
and dealt with through (1) special updates to the spec - this should be
limited to egregious errors, (2) addendums to the spec, or (3) the next
version of the spec.
