I think I've captured the details we've discussed so far, please let me
know if I've missed anything.
I'm working with the catering service at the resort to make things as
smooth as possible for everyone who wants to sign up to sponsor.

each platter will have, at least 100 pieces, and ranges from $4 to $8 a
piece.
For now, the table just shows some general categories of food ... maybe we
should add a seafood platter?
