[oslc] 'Declaration/manifesto of openness'

On the inaugural conference call of the communications workgroup, it was
suggested, by Rainer Ersch, that we need to do more to promote the
openness of the OSLC community. Rainer proposed creating and publicising
something similar to the Agile Manifesto, so a 'declaration or manifesto
of openness' - a web page on open-services.net where we agree wording for
such a declaration and individuals/organizations can indicate support. We
would then promote this to press, analysts, social media etc.

I'd like to collect some thoughts on what the community thinks about this
suggestion, and if in support, ideas for what form of words we should use
in order to define the work of the OSLC community and to declare it's
openness.

Please reply to the community with your thoughts

Thanks

Andy
