[oslc] What's up with the Communications Work Group

Hi All,

The communications work group had its kick-off call in September (minutes:
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OslcCommsMtg15Sep2011), and we've
been doing some work since too.

Some of this work is represented in two working documents:

http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OslcManifesto

It would be very good to have input and feedback on these documents from
the broader community; please edit the wiki page to add your comment in the
"comments" section.
