The GitHub repos for Lyo are now available:

OSLC reference implementations:  https://github.com/eclipse/lyo.rio
OSLC test suites:  https://github.com/eclipse/lyo.testsuite

Currently working on a wiki page for best practices for contributing to 
Lyo using GitHub.
