I don't think you can compare MKS Integrity to OSLC. MKS Integrity is
a product and OSLC is, among other things, a set of open
specifications that enable products, like MKS Integrity, to integrate
with ALM/PLM tools from a variety of vendors.
MKS Integrity could benefit by implementing the OSLC specifications
and enabling even more integrations than it already supports
(http://www.mks.com/platform/integrations/int-overview).
