[oslc] New OSLC website going live today

Hello Community Members,
                              Thank you for the feedback that you provided 
on the proposed new design of the website. The feedback was so encouraging 
that we are now making it the website for all things OSLC.
We will continue to improve the site with based on the feedback that you 
have provided and will continue to provide. I would also request that if 
there are any additional links to information pertaining to OSLC adoption 
out there in the internet, please let us know so that we can link to it. 
In addition to new design of the website we are also announcing the 
Eclipse Lyo project for the OSLC SDK. The link to the project proposal is 
available on the home page of the OSLC website.
Thank you all for your support and feedback in making this happen

P.S. There are some timeout issues happening on the eclipse servers, if 
you get an error message the first time try refreshing the link.
