[oslc] New Domain Name for the OSLC website

Hello Folks,
            We have received a lot of feedback regarding the OSLC.co 
domain name. Let me assure the community that http://open-services.org and 
http://open-services.net are not going away. 
OSLC.co is a domain name addition to the existing domain name.
