[oslc] New URL for OSLC Community Website

I'd be concerned that many people will confuse ".co" with ".com".

I'm fine with switching "open-services" for "oslc" (I assume that if we
make any change, we can/will keep open-services around for a while and
redirect to whatever new name is selected).

Hi Folks,
            Wanted to get feedback from the community on this issue. We
would like to propose a new URL for the OSLC website, the proposed URL is
OSLC.co  instead of open-services.net.
the .co domain name stands for community and falls in line with effort we
are pushing forward with OSLC.
I would appreciate any thoughts/cocerns/comment on the matter.
We would like to implement this domain change only if the community agree's
with it.
