[oslc] OSLC in other languages ?

So, I've taken a few more steps forward and added it to the wiki as :
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OslcCoreSpecificationOverviewFR
There's a bit more work needed to complete the Overview section's
translation.

While at it, I've also added :
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/FrenchTranslationCategory (and
also http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/CategoryCategory in the same
vein)

I wonder if such Category pages / tags shouldn't be used more in the
wiki... but there may be alternatives. To be discussed in another thread
most certainly.
