[oslc] OSLC Quality Management 2.0 specification

Dear OSLC Community,

The Quality Management workgroup is starting on a V2 specification.  If you
would like to participate in the workgroup then please subscribe to the QM
list at
http://open-services.net/mailman/listinfo/oslc-qm_open-services.net.  The
workgroup also holds a conference call about every two weeks.  The meeting
agenda and minutes are posted on the mailing list.  Feel free to contact me
