Leigh Williamson to update the spreadsheet for Build Forge (not done due

Review proposed resource definitions using Google spreadsheet provided by 
Robert Elves, Nick Edgar, and Leigh Williamson.
Identify the roles of the consumers/providers in each of the use 
cases/scenarios
