[OSLC] Call for participation - OSLC for SCM

All OSLC Members,

OSLC is starting a new topic to define guidelines for how REST services 
should support Software Configuration Management.  These services will
be developed in an incremental manner, addressing specific scenarios and
use cases.  Some likely initial candidates are noted on the wiki page [1].

This topic is being led by Nick Crossley. If you would like to 
participate,
please contact Nick, or add your name to the SCM wiki page.
