[OSLC] Architecture Management General Meeting Minutes for 3-Sept-2009 are available

I've posted the minutes for our 3-Sept-2009 meeting on the wiki.

Derry presented a development process overview that was MDD oriented and
involved the generation of code from model formats that included XML
schemas and Excel spreadsheets.  The discussion highlighted that in this
instance they did not use UUIDs for model element identity and that for
them element name is an important thing that they prefer to work with.  The
desire for tool independence was also emphasized.

Draft specifications are currently evolving on the wiki.
