[OSLC] OSLC AM General Meeting Minutes posted for 15-Oct-2009

An abbreviated version of the minutes/conclusions of today's meeting have

The one conclusion we drew was to drop the backlink element.  There was
also a general consensus that it is reasonable to manage links as
independent resources.
