[OSLC] Demo for Delegated Resource Selection/Creation

Great news Madhumita! I'm looking forward to hearing about this as
well. It would be great to collaborate on testing. As you develop
functionality, we could add tests to in the ...mylyn.oslc.cm.tests
component that exercise your server.
