[OSLC] Demo for Delegated Resource Selection/Creation

Hi Rob.

Thank you for your prompt response. The server-side functionality of
OSLC interests us greatly. We are looking to develop an open-source
php-based OSLC CM server demonstrator, which can later be extended to be
used with Mantis and other such bugtrackers. We initially plan to
support the basic CM Rest methods and protocols for Resource
Creation/Query/Update and will keep you updated on our progress.
Availability of the Mylyn OSLC packages is good news for us. We look
forward to it.
